Our desire is to have our customers 100% satisfied with our product. To qualify for returns or exchanges. Refunds for damaged product or if the incorrect item was shipped only. All items that must be returned are required to be in new condition (unworn/unwashed) within 30-days of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we have made a printing error or the item arrived defective, please email us at info@chauntellecharisse.com and we will gladly make things right.

Please note: if you are requesting an exchange, we cannot guarantee all items and sizes, or color choices will be in stock for exchanges. Make sure you denote if this will be a refund or an exchange. Please make sure to include your packing invoice with the return. Once your item(s) are received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items purchased with a gift card.
