Shipping Policy
Please note that physical orders may take 7-14 business days to process and ship. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed. We are a US-based company that has partnered with various production teams to provide our physical products to our customers.
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
Digital Products Shipping:
*NO physical product will be shipped. Our Digital Planners, Digital Workbooks, Templates, and Editable Templates are Instant Downloads and can not be refunded, exchanged, or canceled. Please ensure you select the correct planner, template, e-book, or workbook before making a purchase.
Can international locations purchase ebooks, digital products, or templates?
Yes, all digital products are instant access to the product after payment has been received. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver a product immediately after purchase, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please make sure you select the correct planner or workbook that you desire. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations of digital products.
My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
The USPS, FedEx, and UPS are responsible for delivering the package(s). If you are unable to locate the package(s) listed as “in transit” or “delivered,” we recommend contacting the shipping method specified in your order.
Shipping Address Issues
C Charisse Enterprises, WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies, which include lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase, we cannot make any changes.
DELIVERY FAILED
If your order is returned to our facility due to address discrepancies, you will receive a complete refund.
If your delivery fails and contains a sold-out item, we will invoice the shipping fee to reship your order to the updated address if requested.
Why is my order taking so long?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun, and your tracking number will update as soon as the delivery service scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost; it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed 20 days of the estimated time for shipment.
Oversold Items
It is uncommon but under the unfortunate circumstance that an item has been oversold and we are not able to ship said item with your order you will be refunded for the missing item and the remainder of your order will ship. If your whole order consists of that one item you will be refunded shipping also.
